Flappy Owl Refund Policy
We aim for full satisfaction with each purchase. All refund requests are reviewed individually, but approval is generally limited to the situations below:
Installation failure within 5 days: You bought the app less than five calendar days ago and cannot get it to run on your system after following our support instructions.
Download or core-function issues: You bought the app recently, could not download it, or discovered that essential advertised features are missing or non-functional.
For other circumstances, such as finishing your assignment abroad, you may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe.
To request a refund, email FlappyOwl@KLSoffice.com with your order number, the email tied to your Stripe payment, and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.
